transportation.

friedrich asked how we get from one place to the other. in new york we use the metro system, that means subway, and buses for 74 dollars monthly. most couchsurfers so far lived inside the city so it was no problem getting there. to new jersey we took the PATH train (a train system through new jersey). and orville picket us up by car.

we will fly to chicago and back, the same for canada. and will take chinatown buses to washington.

chinatown buses are cheap buses that take you from one chinatown to another. i think to chicago it's around 35 dollars there and back again.

i hope that answers your question, friedrich.

i'm glad you came back savely.

xoxo.
agnes.

venezian houses have a wooden skeletons (some of the walls have huge cracks and the floors of the bigger buildings are trembling and bouncing and breaking like in the otherside)

i saw a dried maori head in the most spooky museum i've ever been.
(something like "palazzo di fortuni"?)anyways, the museum is the old house of maestro fortuni (a freaky collector and artist) who had bought it about 200(?) or 500(?) years ago.
yep, so you walk up the stairs to the third floor and suddenly you are standing in a very, very dull lit(because of the murals, murals, murals)hall full of things like an elephant ear; old medical study objects like a female statue with an open torso and a baby inside; stuffed cobras; a medevial imagination of a mermaid (a gnome with a screwed on fish fin); a stuffed bambie; a pillar full of big and shiny beetles...

a so called "wunderkammer"
